FC CINCINNATI PROVIDES AN UPDATE FOLLOWING THEIR PLAYER'S CAR ACCIDENT!

Major League Soccer team FC Cincinnati and Ecuadorian team Liga Deportiva Universitas have released statements on their social media platforms providing an update on Marco Angulo.


Marco Angulo was involved in a car accident on Monday in Ecuador.


Angulo is currently playing for Liga Deportiva on loan from FC Cincinnati.


An update on Marco Angulo from Liga Deportiva Universitaria and FC Cincinnati is as follows: 


"Marco Angulo's family express their sincere gratitude to the media and the community in general for the numerous displays of affection received in these difficult times."


"Marco still has a reserved prognosis and we respectfully request that the privacy of him and his loved ones be preserved in these circumstances."


"We're all with you, Marco."
