DURBAN CITY UNVEIL THEIR FIRST 2 SIGNINGS!

Betway Premier League returnees Durban City FC unveiled their first 2 signings since being promoted back to the South African first tier. The Durban based side unveiled former Bidvest Wits and Cape Town City FC goalkeeper Darren Keet and former Chippa United and Supersport United midfielder Brooklyn Poggenpoel.

Keet became a free agent last month after his contract at the relegated Cape Town City FC expired. His former Cape City teammates Hashim Domingo, Thabo Nodada and former Bafana Bafana captain Thulani Hlatshwago have also been spotted with the KZN club.

Poggenpoel on the other hand became a free agent due to Supersport United being sold to Siwelele FC.

City are currently led by former Bidvest Wits and Supersport United coach Gavin Hunt while supported by former Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town Spurs coach Ernst Middendorp.

Additionally, City also secured a sponsorship from Supertech Group yesterday as their automotive partner.
