BRENTFORD CONFIRMED TONEY'S DEPARTURE!

English Premier League side Brentford FC have officially announced the departure of their former striker Ivan Toney to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli on a permanent transfer.

The 28 year old Toney was rumored to be in talks with Chelsea to remain playing in best league in the world, However it seems the offer made by Al-Ahli to Brentford and also to Toney was irresistible.

Brentford received over €40M for the services of Toney and he is understood to have signed a 4 year deal the Saudi Arabian side.

Toney was on a £20k per week at Brentford which took his salary to £80k month. In the middles east he will earn €20m per season for 4 seasons which takes his whole package to €80m. With that kind of amount offered most players wouldn't say no either.

Toney will join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo ,Sadio Mane ,Riyaad Mahrez ,Ngolo Kante and Karim Benzema just to name a few big name players who have since moved to the Saudi Pro League.
