PERCY TAU ADDRESS RUMORS!

Bafana Bafana player Percy Tau has addressed the rumors of him potentially leaving Al Ahly. He clarified his situation at the Egyptian club earlier on today on Sports Nights Amplified With Andile Ncube on Metro FM.

Tau was recently left out of the final Bafana Bafana squad that is going to face Uganda and South Sudan by coach Hugo Broos. The 30 year old has rubbished the news of him having a fallout with Al Ahly an he labeled them not true.

He stated that there has always been talks about him leaving the club even in his first season with the club.

The South African player's contract with Al Ahly is coming to an end next year June and he shed some light on negotiations of a possible extension at the club.

With him being in South Africa at the moment, he assured listeners that the Egyptian club gave all players a break before they commence the new season.

Having been linked to a move to Kaizer Chiefs, Tau mentioned he and his team haven't been in contact with other teams for a potential move away from Al Ahly.
