South African international Percy Tau is en route to securing another trophy with his club Al Ahly.

Last season's CAF Champions League winners Al Ahly host last season's CAF Confederations Cup winners Zamalek tonight at the Kingdom Arena.

Percy Tau might win his 11th trophy in the colours of Al Ahly tonight should they manage to beat their league rivals Zamalek.

Since Tau signed for the Egyptian club in 2021 from English Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion, he won 2 CAF Champions League trophies, 3 Egyptian Super Cup trophies, 2 Egyptian Cup trophies, 2 Egyptian Premier League trophies and 1 CAF Super Cup trophy.

Tau was also named in coach Hugo Broos Bafana Bafana preliminary squad for the 2025 AFCON qualifiers announced a few days ago. The 30 year old was dropped from the AFCON qualifiers final squad that faced Uganda and South Sudan at the beginning of this month.
