FC Barcelona are desperately in need of a goalkeeper following Marc-Andre Ter Stegen's injury against Villarreal last Sunday. The German goalkeeper is set to be out for months and the Spanish club is urgently in need of an experienced goalkeeper.

It was rumored that former Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo might return to the club but that seems not to be the case.

New information has emerged that FC Barcelona has reached an agreement with Wojciech Szczesny as reported by Fabrizio Romano.

Szczesny recently announced his retirement from professional football this past month after he parted ways with Juventus.

According to Romano, Szczesny had agreed to come out of retirement and has now penned a 1 season deal with the Catalan giants.
