Age is turning out to now be the enemy of Barcelona striker Robert Lewandoski. Having recently turned 36 year this past August, Lewandoski will be turning 37 come the beginning of next season.
Rumor has it that Barcelona are planning to let go of Lewandoski come the end of the season and not allow him to see his contract finish in June 2026.
Even with the Polish striker netting 23 goals in 24 appearances this season, Barcelona are reported to be in search of young strikers to replace Lewa.
With the transfer window opening in a few days time, Barcelona even consider bringing in their striking targets as early as in next month but only time will tell.
