Al-Nassr player Cristiano Ronaldo is rumoured to be interested in buying Spanish LaLiga club Valencia CF from his friend Peter Lim.

The news comes after the former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus striker mentioned a few months ago that he wants to buy a club and it has been revealed that the relegation threatened Valencia is in the picture.

The Valencia shares purchase could involve Ronaldo being backed financially by the king of Saudi Arabia it is reported.

Valencia are in the bottom 3 of the Spanish LaLiga table together with Alaves and Real Valladolid.
