ROBIN VAN PERSIE APPOINTED HEAD COACH OF EREDIVISIE CLUB!

Former Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie was unveiled as the new head coach of Eredivisie side Feyenoord Rotterdam earlier today.
The 41 year old returns to the club where he made a name for himself before completing a move to the English Premier League and where he retired and started coaching.
Feyenoord also appointed Rene Hake as van Persie's assistant.
"Robin van Persie is the new head coach of Feyenoord 1. The Rotterdam club has reached agreement with sc Heerenveen, where Van Persie was at the helm of the first team, on an immediate transfer that will allow the 41-year-old born Rotterdam native to start at training complex 1908 from next Monday. At De Kuip the same day, Van Persie will sign a contract until mid-2027." The club wrote on their website.
"Feyenoord has also recruited René Hake to join Feyenoord 1 as assistant coach. Hake gained extensive experience over the past 20 years as trainer and assistant coach at FC Emmen, PEC Zwolle, FC Twente, SC Cambuur, FC Utrecht, Go Ahead Eagles and Manchester United. Hake also signed with Feyenoord until mid-2027." The club continued.
