BRAZIL HEAD COACH SACKED!
The Brazilian national team has parted ways with head coach Dorival Junior. The sacking of the head coach comes days after Brazil were embarrassed by Argentina with a 4-1 scoreline which resulted in the Argentine national team qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
That scoreline was Argentina's biggest win over Brazil in 61 years and it surely prompted the Brazil Football Association to take the necessary steps.
The 62 year old mentor was appointed the head coach of Brazil at the beginning of last year and was incharge of 16 matches before he departed the club.
The two strong candidates the club is looking for is Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti and Al-Hilal's Jorge Jesus.
