LEBOGANG PHIRI'S CONTRACT ENDING AT FRENCH LIGUE 2 CLUB, WILL ANY SA CLUB SIGN HIM?
Former Bafana Bafana international Lebohang Phiri who is currently in the books of French Ligue 2 club EA Guingamp will have his contract elapse in less than three months.
Phiri who is now in his second stint at Guingamp rejoined last year February from Paris FC and had his contract extended in June the same year but now it's also going to an expire again shortly and many are wondering if the club will still be keen on having him beyond the current season.
Since moving abroad in 2013 from the development of the now-defunct Bidvest Wits, Phiri had a spell in Denmark playing for Brondby IF and Turkey playing for Rizespor apart from Paris FC and Guingamp.
In all of the above mentioned clubs, The South African native has represented them on 297 occasions and is now short of 3 matches to make 300 top flight appearances.
With his contract expiring soon, Will any Betway Premier League team try to lure him back home?
