MOTHOBI MVALA TO RETURN FOR SECOND LEG IN CAIRO?
Mamelodi Sundowns centre-back Mothobi Mvala might make his long waited return to action in the CAF Champions League semifinal second leg against Al-Ahly in Cairo this week.
Mvala has been out of action since last year after suffering a knee injury. In his absence, Maswandawana had to inconsistently rely on Malibongwe Khoza, Mosa Lebusa and Lucas Suarez to be paired with the reigning defender of the season Grant Kekana.
Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso has shed light that Mvala is now fit and can be back in action at anytime.
The Chloorkop based side face Al-Ahly in the semifinals of the CAF Champions League this Friday at the Cairo International stadium. The first leg registered a 0-0 scoreline last weekend at the Loftus Versfield stadium.
