SUNDOWNS THROUGH TO THE CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL AFTER BEATING AL-AHLY!

The final CAF Champions League semifinal leg fixture between Al-Ahly and Mamelodi Sundowns that took place at the Cairo International stadium today resulted in a 1-1 aggregate scoreline ruling in favour of the visitor via the away goal.

This tied avoided last week's barren scoreline at the Loftus Versfield stadium.

Coach Miguel Cardoso has now succeeded in his revenge plot against coach Marcel Koller as he lost the final while at Esperance de Tunis to Al-Ahly last season.

Up next Pyramids FC will be up against Orlando Pirates at the 30 June stadium. They are also on a current 0-0 aggregate scoreline having failed to score in the first leg last week at the FNB stadium.

Who will join Sundowns in the final. Will it be Pyramids or will it be Pirates.
