ARROWS AND MATSATSANTSA RESUME FIXTURE ALLOCATED A NEW DATE!

Lamontville Golden Arrows and Supersport United have been allocated a new date by the Premier Soccer League to resume their fixture that was abandoned in the previous months.

The fixture will be resumed this coming Thursday at the Lucas Masterpiece Moripe Stadium with the same 1-1 scoreline and the time that remained from the abandoned fixture set to also be resumed. The kick-off time will be at 12h00 pm.

Arrows are hoping to thrash United by 5 goals or more to qualify for the top 8, while the Pretoria-based club is hoping to avoid going to the relegation/promotional play-off. Supersport United are currently in 15th position with 26 points going into the last match, and a point less than 14th place Cape Town City. Arrows are in 12th place with 30 points after match day 27.

Will Supersport avoid the relegation/promotional play-offs, or will they have their pre-season delayed? Will Arrows qualify for the MTN8 or not?
