MANCHESTER UNITED REVERSE THEIR DECISION OF SACKING GOALKEEPER!
Manchester United are set to reverse the decision of parting ways with goalkeeper Tom Heaton with his contract ending next month. According to Fabrizio Romano, Heaton will be offered a 1 year contract extension.
Heaton rejoined United in 2021 on a free transfer after parting was with Aston Villa. The shot stopper was first with the Red Devils from 2004 completing loan moves to Swindon Town in 2005, Royal Antwerp in 2006, Cardiff City in 2008, Queens Park Rangers and Rochdale in 2009, Wycombe Wanderers in 2010 before returning to Cardiff City on a permanent transfer before the 2010/11 season commenced.
He completed a move to Bristol City in 2012 on a free transfer then another free transfer to Burnley in 2013 before his €8.8M transfer to Aston Villa in 2019.
Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof have already waved goodbyes to the club's supporters on Sunday at Old Trafford where they won 2-0 against Aston Villa. United decided against renewing the duo's contracts.
