PIRATES AND MAGESI CLOSE OFF THE SEASON WITH A STALEMATE!

Orlando Pirates and Magesi FC finished their Betway Premier League season with a stalemate after their match day 28 registered a 1-1 scoreline earlier today at the Orlando Stadium.

Former Supersport United midfielder Patrick Maswanganyi scored for Pirates, while former Kaizer Chiefs striker Edmore Chirambandare scored for Magesi.

Pirates will end the season in second place with 61 points after match day 28, while Magesi ends the season in 12th place with 31 points after match day 28.

The last match of the Betway Premier League season will be tomorrow, with Supersport United hosting Lamontville Golden Arrows at the Lucas Masterpiece Moripe Stadium at 12:00 PM to resume their fixture that was abandoned a few months ago.

The results of tomorrow's encounter will determine who will go to the relegation/promotional play-offs between Supersport and Cape Town City.
