YAMAL EXTENDS HIS BARCA CONTRACT!

Barcelona has offered their star winger Lamine Yamal an improved bumper contract extension, which will see him with the Spanish giants until June 2031.

The 17-year-old moves from earning €50k per week to now earning €307k per week, making him the club's third highest-earning player.

Yamal joined winger Raphinha and his coach Hansi Flick, who were offered contract extensions last week. Flick signed a deal until June 2027, while Raphinha signed a deal until June 2028.

Barcelona sees the future with Yamal and has already rejected a €250M bid from French Ligue side Paris Saint-Germain in the recently concluded season.

A big season lies ahead for Barca and Yamal as they look to win the UEFA Champions League after being knocked out in the semifinals. Apart from being eliminated from the Champions League, Barca had a great season, winning a treble (Spanish LaLiga, Copa del Rey, and Spanish Super Cup).
