BONGANI SAM'S NEXT MOVE AFTER CHIEFS EXIT?

BONGANI SAM'S NEXT MOVE AFTER CHIEFS EXIT?

Former Bloemfontein Celtic and Orlando Pirates left-back Bongani Sam will have his stay at Kaizer Chiefs cut short as it's reported by FARPost that he has been released by the Naturena based club.

Sam joined Chiefs at the beginning of last season from Orlando Pirates for an undisclosed transfer fee and became the first player to be bought by Chiefs from Pirates as players from each sides only moved to either directions on free transfers.

The 28-year old defender immediately got injured just after signing for Chiefs which saw the club go to Lamontville Golden Arrows and activated the R3M release clause on Bradley Cross' contract as they we facing a crisis on the left-back position due to Sam's injury.

Sam recovered from the injury after a while but never made his debut for Chiefs to date. With former Orlando Pirates left-back Paseka Mako joining Chiefs, The club didn't have a choice but to tear down Sam's contract which was left with 2 seasons.

Where would Bongani Sam's next move be after being released by Chiefs?
