CLINTON LARSEN NAMED HEAD COACH OF VENDA FC!

Former Lamontville Golden Arrows and Bloemfontein Celtic head coach Clinton Larsen has landed a coaching gig after he got announced as the new head coach and academy director of Motsepe Foundation Championship side Venda FC.

Larsen has been out of the spotlight after leaving Magesi FC in the Betway Premier League last season whom he manage to promote to the first tier and delivered them their first major trophy in their debut season in the first tier.

Venda narrowly survived relegation last season having finished in 14th place with 31 points which was 1 point more than 15th place Cape Town Spurs and 4 points more that Leruma United who were since relegated to the ABC Motsepe League.

"Dawn of a new Era. Venda Football Club and its Academy are pleased to announce the appointment of Head Coach and Academy Director, Mr Clinton Larsen and Mr Solly Luvhengo as his assistant. Coach Larsen will announce his technical team in due course. Ndaa, vho tanganedzwa!" Wrote Venda FC on their social media platforms earlier on today.
