Nyauza began his playing career in 2011 signing for the now-defunct Platinum Stars and spent 2 and half years with them. Stars released him in 2013 and he got snatch by another defunct club Roses United. He spent 5 months at Roses before being signed by Pirates in 2014. His journey with the Buccaneers tendered from 2014 until 2022 where he got signed by Richards Bay FC. His stay at Richards Bay lasted from 2022 to 2023. After his stint with the Natal Rich Boys, He went 7 months without a club then got signed by the extinct Moroka Swallows early last year.
Problems for Nyauza started after Swallows sold their first tier status to Marumo Gallants. Nyauza revealed that he has been without a club for the whole of last season because he failed to get a clearance from neither Gallants or Swallows in time to declare him a free agent.
The Eastern Cape born defender revealed that JDR Stars wanted to sign him at the beginning of last season but he couldn't join because of the clearance issue.
Nyauza was asked if he does think of retiring as age is no longer on his side and he went on to make it known that he will hang his playing boots should he fail to find a team next season. The footballer is currently focused on running his businesses which are now his source of income.
