JAMES TRAFFORD MOVES BACK TO MAN CITY FOR £27M!
Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford has completed a £27M move back to his former employers Manchester City after the Pep Guardiola side saw him fit and now experienced to be one of the candidates to lead the sticks should Ederson Marais departs.
Trafford left City in 2023 when Burnley won promotion back to the first tier but they only lasted a single season in the Premier League. At that time, Burnley had paid £15M to land the keeper.
With the 22-year old moving back to City on a £27M transfer, Burnley have scooped themselves a profit of £12M from the sale.
In the goalkeeping department of Burnley currently, They have Max Weiß, Etienne Green and Vaclav Hladky.
